Just give your Millionhead Sales Engineer a call, and we'll walk you through all of the options to create a personalized order just for you. We'll also send you a PDF with instructions for your audiologist, who will take impressions of your ears and send them directly to Westone. Once Westone has your ear impressions, they'll fabricate your custom in-ear monitors and send them straight to you.

Typical earpieces are made using a high-temperature curing process. This saves the manufacturer valuable time, but it produces a somewhat porous earpiece that's neither durable nor as acoustically isolating as possible. Westone's cold-pour acrylic earpieces are far denser than hot-molded types, resulting in superior acoustics, durability, and appearance.
 

Balanced-armature drivers offer comfort and detail
Unlike traditional earphones, which use moving-coil speakers, Westone's AC20 features their innovative balanced-armature drivers. These remarkably compact and incredibly efficient transducers take up far less space than typical drivers, without losing the slightest bit of sonic detail.
